Purchase Orders may be sent via fax to (632) 361-1787, or via e-mail to


  1. The cost of the samples shall automatically be charged to the buyer.
  2. The production of the samples shall begin only upon receipt of the buyer’s proforma confirmation and T/T full-payment cable receipt fax or notice.
  3. The buyer shall provide for the transportation of the samples.
  4. The production time for the samples is 2 – 3 weeks unless both parties have agreed upon a prior arrangement.
  5. As feedback is highly essential, buyers are kindly expected to provide the response generated by the samples.


  1. Minimum order requirement is US$ 5,000 of assorted items or 1 x 20 container volume. Should the order be less than the required, a surcharge of 10% shall be added.
  2. Minimum quantity requirement is 60 pcs. / color / item.
  3. The only acceptable modes of payment are the following:
    1. Telegraphic Transfer of 50% downpayment and the balance payment (1) upon shipment for freight collect shipments or (2) before shipment for prepaid shipments.
    2. Letter of Credit with the following terms:
      1. Irrevocable
      2. Payable at sight
      3. FOB Manila
      4. Insurance to be covered by the buyer
      5. Freight Collect
      6. Shipment date is 75 - 90 days upon receipt of L/C copy
      7. Presentation of documents – 15 days from the latest date of shipment
  4. Production lead-time is 75 – 90 days and shall begin only upon receipt of the (1) T/T 50% downpayment cable receipt fax or (2) L/C fax.
  5. For the T/T mode of payment, copies of the shipping documents shall be faxed to the buyer upon shipment and then, upon receipt of the balance payment, the following shipping documents shall be sent via express courier:
    1. Bill of Lading
    2. Commercial Invoice
    3. Packing List
    4. Other Requested Documents
